Dave Francis
Dave Francis became a licensed Childbloom guitar instructor in August of 2008 under the training of Childbloom founder Kevin Taylor. He has over 10 years of experience with guitar. Dave has studied privately with University of MT professor and master guitarist Luis Milan, and continues to expand his knowledge of teaching and guitar technique under the mentorship of Missoula Childbloom director Nathan Zavalney.
His teaching draws from a wide musical background and his own experience as a father.He displays a patient and playful attitude that helps students to progress musically while having a great time in the process. As a parent himself, he knows how important adult support for a young person's development is, and strives to understand and adapt his teaching to each student's unique learning abilities and talents.
